WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a confident and forestry-oriented person who wants to work outdoors from June to August. You enjoy taking responsibility, planning your workday according to given external conditions, and are capable of performing assigned tasks with great independence. We believe that you applying for a summer job with us have an ongoing or completed education in forestry/forest industry. Experience in forestry work is an advantage but not a strict requirement. In this recruitment, we will place great emphasis on your personal suitability for the role of field surveyor.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK WITH

Your main tasks will be to follow up on performed forest care, both regarding site preparation and planting.

We are a genuine family business that started as a carpentry shop in Sikfors, Norrbotten in 1947. A village surrounded by forest, a forest that we have managed and refined since then. It is no exaggeration to say that we are at home in the forest and that we truly care for our hometown.

We have evolved into a group from sawmills to building markets, today Stenvalls operates 12 XL-BYGG stores in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. In the group, we have also developed other companies in various specialties, including Kallax Flyg and Genesis IT. A development journey that we have only just begun.
